Insurance & Payment Options

Payment Types:

Our office accepts the following payment types; Cash, *Check, Credit Card, Money Order, Flexible Spending Account Cards and Care Credit.

                 *returned check fee is $25.00

                 *Care Credit is a third party payment plan option similar to a credit card. Click here for more information.

Insurance:

 Our office is a participating provider with SOME plans of the following dental insurance providers:

• Met Life
• Cigna (Dental Network Savings Program)

For patients with other Dental insurance, we will gladly bill your insurance company for you.  You will be responsible for any portion of the claim that the insurance does not pay.  If your insurance is a plan that reimburses you directly, you will be responsible for payment at the time of the service. 

Unfortunately, Our office DOES NOT accept patients with the following dental insurance providers:

• Medicaid
• Fidelis
• DentaQuest
• Healthplex
• Child Health Plus
• Family Health Plus
• Excellus BCBS 
• Delta Dental
